You play as a UN loyalist fighting the Citizens Defence Force, which has seized aircraft and warships to enforce its own vision of global peace. The game features 8 stages divided into timed sub-missions over land and sea, each requiring a set number of enemy planes to be shot down. You control the aircraft from a behind-the-plane perspective, using standard weapons and limited missiles while managing damage. Failing a section costs a continue but keeps your progress, and destroying enemies unlocks better planes and improves your final rank, influenced by the chosen difficulty.
